Beth Gibbs is a speaker, workshop leader, and yoga teacher /trainer with over twenty years experience teaching and mentoring hundreds of yoga students, teachers and yoga therapists from all over the world to implement the  five-layer model of self awareness in their professional work and personal practice. She created, developed, and implemented a curriculum for introducing the five-layer model of self-awareness to children in after school and summer camp programs.

​These are some of my favorite non-fiction books. I love them because they provide a rich source of education and information on a wide variety of topics. Some make me laugh; some make me think; some make me holla – “Aha!” Others challenge me.
When it comes to fiction, my favorite read is absolutely anything by David Baldacci.
