The 5 Layers of Self-Awareness
​Find Clarity, Contentment and Resilience in a Complicated World


Self-awareness can be defined as the ability to see, understand and accept our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, habits and behavior without judgment. When we cultivate self-awareness we learn how to celebrate life’s ups with balance and contentment and manage the downs with clarity and internal resilience. This workshop through lecture and interactive exercises, will present a view of self-awareness that provides a broad foundation for self-exploration and expands the contemporary mind/body model.
